Posture & Walking Correct posture when standing and walking. Proper head, hand, and foot positions
Class 2: Skin Care
Skincare: Steps to achieving and maintaining healthy skin (males and females)
Class 3: Visual Poise
Sitting properly in chairs; rising from chairs, hand, and foot positions while sitting, entering/exiting doors, squatting and bending, and overall visual poise
Class 4: First Impression and Body Language
Introductions: meeting people for the first time, making eye contact, verbal and non-verbal communication, listening skills, handshakes
Class 5: Dining Etiquette
Students learn dining etiquette, table setting, use of flatware, glassware, utensils, napkin folding, tips on tipping, and American/European style of eating.
Class 6: Communication Skills
Social courtesies, showing respect and consideration toward others, helping others, and common ways to express gratitude.

Discover one's body type and the correct style of clothes that fit best. The importance of accessorizing and the use of color in the wardrobe to bring out your best overall appearance.
Exams
To earn your Teen/Youth Etiquette certificate, you must pass the class/course exam. You can take the Teen/Youth Etiquette exam online. When you have completed this class/course, you will be ready to start getting ready for the Teen /Youth Etiquette exam.
